FAQs

  • How do we make reservation?
    Book here or give is a call. Booking online is not automatic. Once you book, wait for a response, and we will notify you promptly if times and dates available.
  • What should we bring?
    it is best to bring less! A back pack or small tote bag to store personal belongings, beverages, lunch or snacks. We provide coolers with ice and bottled spring waters! You do not need to bring coolers! Only if you feel necessary.
  • How early should we be at pick up location?
    5 to 10 minutes early
  • What is the maximum number of people at one time?
    6 people max
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    We do not offer cancelations or refunds, unless it is due to severe weather only. If you do not feel comfortable with going out to sea, we will need no less than 24 hours notice to cancel.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    Any cancellations due to severe weather will be refunded 100%. We are dependent on the weather as we rely on wind, current and clear skis to provide safe and fun charter cruises. We will contact you if there are any weather issues that arise prior to your booked charter.
  • Will I see dolphins?
    We will do our best to watch dolphins.
  • Can we bring food and drinks?
    Yes. It is encouraged. You can bring cans or plastic. No glass bottles.
  • Where are you located?
    We come to you. We have pick up and drop off location. After booking, we will let you know location. Close to beaches and bay area.
  • Is the tour family friendly?
    Yes
  • Is the boat handicap accessible?
    No
